摘要
通过吸光光度法研究了不同质量浓度的6种表面活性剂对鳞片石墨在水中的分散性的影响。结果表明,质量浓度为200mg/L的表面活性剂OP-10对鳞片石墨的分散效果最好。FT-IR分析证明,OP-10在鳞片石墨表面发生了物理化学吸附。探讨了OP-10能够改善鳞片石墨的分散性的机理。在60°C下,以葡萄糖和酒石酸为还原体系,对含200mg/LOP-10的鳞片石墨进行化学镀银。反向散射电子图像证明,银颗粒均匀分散在鳞片石墨表面上,其平均粒径为500nm。
The effects of six kinds of surfactants containing different mass concentration on dispersion of flake graphite in water were studied by spectrophotometer. Results show that dispersion of the flake graphite is up to the best when the concentration of OP-10 is 200 mg/L. FT-IR spectroscopy analysis shows that OP-10 is bound to the flake graphite's surface by physical and chemical adsorption. Dispersion mechanism of flake graphite being improved by OP-10 in water was discussed. The surface of flake graphite containing 200 mg/L of OP-10 was electrolessly silver plated at 60 ℃ with glucose and tartaric acid as reduction system. Backscattering electron image proved that Ag particles disperse on the surface of flake graphite uniformly and the average particle diameter is about 500 nm.
