健康家兔肠道益生菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of gut Probiotics of Rabbit

用选择性培养基对健康家兔不同年龄段及不同部位的肠道微生物进行培养,结果表明:断奶仔兔盲肠内有氧菌种类极显著高于回肠(P<0.01),盲肠内厌氧菌种类稍高于回肠,但差异不显著(P>0.05);青年兔盲肠内有氧菌和厌氧菌种类均显著高于回肠(P<0.05)。断奶仔兔盲肠和回肠内有氧菌稍高于青年兔,但差异不显著;而盲肠和回肠内厌氧菌极显著低于青年兔(P<0.01)。

Microorganism from the contents of different parts of gut of rabbit in different stage was cultivated with selected medium. The results show as follows that the variety of aerobes in caecum of weaned rabbit were extremely significant than that of colon（P〈0.01 ） and anaerobes had no significance（P〉0.05） . The variety of aerobes and anaerobes in caecum of youth rabbit were significant than that of colon（P〈0.05） . The variety of gut aerobes from weaned rabbit was more than that of youth, but no difference and anaerobes was extremely lower than youth rabbit（P 〈0.01）.
