摘要
鉴于目前安检设备无法检测一些具有挥发性的有毒有害或易燃、易爆液态危险品。利用电子鼻气味识别的功能,将X射线检测技术与电子鼻气味识别技术有机的结合起来,分析了箱体容积内运动气体的流动特性,并确定电子鼻的位置分布及数量,实验表明:该方法对挥发性的有毒有害或易燃、易爆液态危险品检测的概率达到85%,电子鼻技术的应用克服X射线检测仪识别物质不全面的缺点,实现了对危险品的全面检测,提高了安检仪的性能。
Seening that the safety detection device can't detect poisonous and combustible liquid dangerous goods which have volatile characters, a new way is presented that the odor identification function of electronic nose is used, then integrating odor identification technology of the electronic nose with X-ray detection technology,the flow characters of floating gas in container are analyzed, and the position and number of electronic nose are given. Results of experiment show that the probability of dectecting the dangerous goods is reached 85 %. The application of electronic nose can overcome exparte shortcoming of identification of X-ray safety detection device, the full-scale detection for dangerous goods is realized and the performance of the safety detection device is improved.
