不同血管病变冠心病患者自主神经活性研究

A study on heart rate variability of patients with different coronary artery disease

目的:探讨不同血管病变的冠心病患者自主神经活性变化规律。方法:选取仅有前降支、仅有回旋支及仅有右冠状动脉病变的冠心病患者26例、22例及28例,进行24h Holter检测,然后进行24h时域及频域指标分析,并与年龄匹配的对照组进行比较。结果:冠心病患者心率变异指标较对照组明显降低。三组冠心病患者间进行比较,仅前降支病变组心率变异指标减低更为明显。而回旋支及右冠状动脉病变组间无明显差异。结论:冠心病患者自主神经活性明显降低,而前降支病变者降低更为显著。

Objective：To investigate heart rate variability （HRV）of patients with different coronary artery disease. Methods：HRV was evaluated by using 24-hour Holter monitoring in 26 patients with stenosis of LAD,22 patients with stenosis of LCX and 28 patients with stenosis of RCA,and compared with age-matched normal controls.Results：HRV time and frequency domain index were lower among all patients with coronary disease than normal controls. As compared with different coronary artery disease,HRV index was lower among patients with stenosis of LAD than patients with stenosis of LCX and stenosis of RCA. Conclusions：Our results suggest that HRV is decreased in patients with coronary artery disease. And HRV is significantly decreased in patients with stenosis of LAD.
