中药熏蒸联合治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of combined therapy for herpes zoster with fumigating of traditional Chinese medicines

目的:探索联合治疗带状疱疹的新方法。方法:87例带状疱疹病人随机分为2组,甲组采用单纯抗病毒治疗,乙组采用抗病毒和中药熏蒸联合治疗。结果:甲组与乙组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05);甲组与乙组治疗后主要症状、体征指数变化比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:联合中药熏蒸明显优于单纯的抗病毒治疗,为联合治疗带状疱疹提供了一种新方法。

Objective：To explore a new combined therapy for herpes zoster. Methods：87 patients with herpes zoster were randomly assigned to group A and group B, Patients in group A underwent antiviral therapy, and patients in group B underwent antiviral therapy combined with fumigating of traditional Chinese medicines. Results：There were significant differences in total effective rate,changes of major symptoms and physical signs between group A and group B of antiviral therapy with fumigating of traditional Chinese medicines yields significantly alone,which provides a new option for the combined therapy for herpes zoster. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination superior effects to antiviral therapy
