摘要
研究了ZF16触头座的热挤压成形工艺,确定新的工艺流程为:下料-加热-反挤压-冲底-加热-正挤压。与常规机加工相比较,采用两次热挤压工艺生产触头座具有材料消耗少、生产效率高、经济效益显著等优点。
The ZF16 contact pedestal used in high voltage switch by hot extrusion was experimentally manufactured. The new processing procedure in hot extrusion is chosen as follows: materials cutting---heating---converse extrusion---punching---heating---extrusion. Compared with conventional machining process, the technology of first forward-extrusion and second extrusion has the advantages of low material-consumption, high efficiency and significant economic profits in production of ZF16 contact pedestal used in high voltage switch.
