Design of Squeezing Casting Mould with Bi-parting Surface

摘要 系统地分析了双分型面挤压铸造模具的工作原理,讨论了双分型面模具中如何取料和浇注金属液、实现余料与直浇道的分离、导柱的设置及导柱的长度的确定等问题。设计了摆钩分型式、弹簧分型式、导柱定距式等双分型面模具的定距分型机构。生产实践证明,摆钩分型式适用于中心浇道直径较大的制件,而弹簧分型式、导柱定距式适用于中心浇道直径较小的制件。 The running principle of squeezing casting mould with bi-parting surface was described systematically. The problems existed in the mould with bi-parting surface have been discussed, including getting and pouring liquid metal, separating remains from the sprue, setting leader and determining the length of leader. Given-distance parting mechanism in the mould with bi-parting surface was designed including pendulum-hooked parting, spring parting and given-distance leader parting. The production in practice has verified that the pendulum-hooked parting mould is suitable for the components with large diameter center runner, while the spring parting mould and given-distance lead parting mould suitable for ones with small diameters center runner.
