摘要
采用反相液相色谱法,在KromasilC8(5μm,4.6i.d×250mm)色谱柱上,以甲醇/乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液=85/15(v/v)(pH=4~5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长为272nm对N-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)水杨酰胺(简称A26)进行分离和测定。结果表明,A26在0.0398~0.3187mg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.99994),回收率为99.1~100.8%,重复性实验相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.36%,该方法操作简单,分析速度快,重复性好,是一种检测A26的有效分析方法。
Determination of N-(2,2-dichorovinyl) salicyamide (A26) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on a steel column (4.6i.d×250 mm) packed with Cs (5 μm) with a mobile phase of mixture of methanol and buffer system (85/15) (v/v) and UV detection at 272 nm. The result indicated that linearity of A26 was achieved over the range of 0.0398 to 0.3187 mg/mL (r=0.99994). Recoveries ranged from 99.1 to 100.8% with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.36%. The method was simple, rapid and reproducible. It was an effective analysis method to inspect A26.
