顶空气相色谱法测定氨氯地平中残留有机溶剂 被引量:2

Determination of Solvent Residues in Phthaloyl Amlodipine by Headspace gas Chromatography

摘要 在Agilent6890N气相色谱仪上,采用顶空气相色谱法测定了氨氯地平中残留的有机溶剂。以DB-624(0.53mmI.D×30m,5μm)毛细管色谱柱,研究了色谱分析条件,实验结果表明:甲醇在0.56~566.0μg/mL,异丙醇在28.3~562.0μg/mL,二氯甲烷在19~318.0μg/mL,醋酸乙酯在32.3~647.0μg/mL,苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯在0.1~64.0μg/mL的浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系。本法操作简便、分离效果好、结果准确,是测定氨氯地平中残留有机溶剂的有效方法。 In Agilem6890N gas chromatograph, the solvent residues in phthaloyl a mL odipine was tested by headspace gas chromatography. The chromatography analysis conditions were researched by capillary chromatographic column. The experiment results showed that the better linear relation was achieved when the concentration of methanol was 0.56~566.0 μg/mL, the 2-propanol was 28.3~562.0 μg/mL, methane dichloride was 19~318.0 μg/mL, ethyl acetate was 32.3~647.0μg/mL, benz, methylbenzene, paraxylene, meta-xylene and o-xylene were in the range of 0.1 ~64.0 μg/mL. The mothed was easy to operate with precise result, which established a reliable method for control residue solvem of phthaloyl Amlodipine.
