扶正消癥法在大肠癌中的应用

Application of Fu Zheng Xiao Zheng in large intestine carcinoma

大肠癌在中医学上属“积聚”、“肠风”、“脏结”、“销肛痔”、“脏毒”等范畴，而无大肠癌之病名。但中医对大肠癌的诊断、治疗等方面尤其是扶正消瘕法在大肠癌中有独特的理论，对大肠癌的诊治有重要的意义。为此，作者阅读有关文献，就与大肠癌诊治相关的几方面作扼要综述，旨在与同道共同探讨。

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, large carcinoma was considered as ＂accumulation＂, ＂hemorrhoidal hemorrhage＂, ＂visceral mass＂, and ＂dysentery＂, not named as large carcinoma. There was a special theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, especially Fu Zheng Xiao Zheng, in diagnosis and treatment of large carcinoma, and it had an important significance. The paper reviewed and explored the advances in diagnosis and treatment of large carcinoma in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
