乳腺癌组织中bcl-xl基因与雌孕激素受体表达及意义 被引量:1

The Correlation Between Expressions of Bcl-xl Gene and Receptors of Estrogen and Progestogen and Its Significance in Breast Cancer

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中bcl-xl基因的表达与雌孕激素受体表达的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测70例乳腺癌组织中bcl-xl、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达。结果bcl-xl、ER、PR在乳腺癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为61.43%、62.86%和55.71%。bcl-xl的表达在ER阴性组高于ER阳性组(P<0.05),其阳性率分别为76.92%和52.27%;在PR阴性组高于PR阳性组(P<0.05),其阳性率分别为77.42%和48.72%;在有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),其阳性率分别为64.58%和36.36%。结论bcl-xl与ER、PR的联合检测是判断乳腺癌患者预后的重要指标,也为乳腺癌患者术后的个性化放化疗提供指导意义。 Objective To investigate the correlation between expressions of bcl-xl gene and receptors of estrogen and progestogen in breast cancer and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expressions of bcl-xl gene and receptors of estrogen and progestogen in breast cancer. Results The positive rates of the expressions Of bcl-xl gene,estrogen receptor and progestogen receptor in breast cancer were 61.43% ,62.86% and 55.71% , respectively. The positive rate of the expressions of bcl-xl gene was higher in the group with positive expressions of estrogen receptor than that in the negative group, their positive rates were 76.92% and 52.27%, respectively; And it was also higher in the group with positive expressions of progestogen receptor than that of the negative one, their positive rates were 77.42% and 48.72% , respectively. The positive rate of expressions of bcl-xl gene was also higher in the group with positive lymph node metastasis than that in non-lymph node metastasis group, their positive rates were 64.58% and 36.36% , respectively. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Bcl-xl gene in combination with estrogen receptor and progestogen receptor, has guiding significance for patients with breast cancer to choose individual chemotherapy and radiotherapy after operation and can be an important indicator for judging the prognosis of breast cancer.
