新型可调Twin-Block矫治器矫治儿童安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形颅面硬组织改变的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨新型可调Twin-Block矫治器矫治儿童安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者颅面硬组织的改变.方法:对19例处于生长发育期且以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者进行新型可调Twin-Block功能矫治,应用X线头影测量技术进行治疗前后的硬组织分析.结果:经新型可调Twin-Block功能矫治器矫治结束后,SNB角、下颌综合长度(Co-Pg)增加(P<0.01),可促进下颌生长发育.而对上颌抑制作用不明显,SNA角变化不明显,A点无变化.上颌第一磨牙远中移动(P<0.05),下颌第一磨牙近中移动(P<0.01),下切牙明显唇移(P<0.01).垂直方向上,前下面高(ANS-Me),后下面高(Ar-Go)均增大(P<0.01).结论:新型可调Twin-Block功能矫治器能有效促进下颌骨生长发育,改善患者侧面型,纠正下颌后缩畸形. AIM: To evaluate the craniofacial hard tissue changes with the modified Twin-Bleek functional appliance in the treatment of Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusions in children. METHODS: Nineteen patients in growth with Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion presenting mainly with mandibular retrognathia were treated with the modified Twin-Block appliance. Lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken before and after treatment for observing hard tissues. RESULTS: After the treatment with modified Twin-Block functional appliance, SNB angle, CoPg were increased significantly (P 〈0.01 ). The mandible development was boosted, while the effect of restraining the maxilla was not in evidence. The change in SNA angle was not significant. There were no changes in A point. The upper first molar was displaced distally(P 〈0.05 )and the lower first molar was displaced medially ( P 〈 0.01 ). The labial inclination was found in lower incisors ( P 〈 0.01 ). The vertical distance, ANS-Me and At-Go were increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION : The modified Twin-Block functional appliance can accelerate the mandible development efficiently. It can improve the lateral retrognathic profile and rectify the mandibular retrusion.
