摘要
目的探讨侧脑室脑膜瘤的临床特点、手术技巧和治疗效果。方法回顾分析18例侧脑室脑膜瘤的诊断要点、手术方法及预后。结果经显微外科手术治疗,本组病例预后良好,无手术死亡。结论应用显微外科手术切除侧脑室脑膜瘤是安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To explore clinical features, operational technique and therapeutic efficacy of lateral ventricular meningioma. Methods A retrospective analysis about diagnostic highlights, operational methods and prognosis of 18 cases were carried out. Results By operating treatment in microsurgery, there were eusemia and no death in 18 cases. Conclusions The therapy method of lateral ventricular meningioma exairesis of microsurgery is safe and effective.
