晚清村镇志纂修的成熟及其人文历史价值——以江南名镇志《紫堤村志》为中心的分析

The Mature of Cun Zhen Zhi and Its Humanistic and Historical Value-Focusing on Zi Di Cun Zhi Recording the Famous Town in the South of Yangtze River

清代纂修的各地村镇志,保存了中国基层社会大量鲜活具体的翔实资料。《紫堤村志》自清初草创迄晚清增补成书,历130余年之久。其与已出版之“江南名镇志”3种一样,深受章学诚志学理论影响,已经蜕出明末清初村镇志纂修的草创阶段而趋于成熟。村镇志具有的存史、资治、教化功能,在《紫堤村志》中,均有翔实、具体的体现。应该重视村镇志的发掘、整理、出版和研究。

Zi Di Cun Zhi (a book recording the historical events of Zidi Village) compiled in Qing Dynasty recorded vivid and detailed materials about the then grass-roots society. The book, first drafted in early Qing dynasty, supplemented in late Qing dynasty, has a history of 130 years. Influenced by the theory of Zhang Xuecheng, it was near mature. Books of local records had the function of recording historical events, appreciating for learning and cultivating people, all of which were fully represented in Zi Di Cun Zhi. We should pay attention to the excavation, publishing and research of books recording local villages and towns.
