正清风痛宁对类风湿性关节炎的治疗价值

Value of “Zhengqing Fengtongning” on Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察正清风痛宁联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法将72例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予萘普生、泼尼松、甲氨蝶呤、柳氮磺吡啶,以及对症治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用正清风痛宁缓释片治疗,疗程半年。结果除治疗组2例、对照组3例失访或未坚持治疗外,治疗半年后,两组其余病人的关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛,关节活动度、晨僵时间,均有明显的改善与好转,但治疗组总有效率97.2%,疗效明显优于对照组的87·5%,且副作用轻微。结论正清风痛宁联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎,效果显著,安全性较好。

Objective To observe the effect of ＂Zhengqing Fengtongning＂ （ a traditional Chinese medicine） on the treatment ot rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 73 cases with rheumatoid arthritis （ aging from 19 to 67 years） according with the diagnostic standard of rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups at random, The patients in the control group were given with naproxen, prednisone, methotrexate and sulfasalazine, while those in the treatment group were given with ＂Zhengqing Fengtongning＂tablets （ 120rag, twice per day） besides the medicine used in the control group. The course of treatment lasted half a year. Blood sedimentation, liver and kidney function, and blood routine were examined at the same time. Results Half a year after the beginning of treatment, improvements in joint ache, swelling, tenderness, joint movable degree and morning rigidity were reached in both the two groups, except two patients from the treatment group and three ones from the control group without follow-up. The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group （ 97.2% ） than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the sideeffects of the treatment group were slight. Conclusion The data indicates that ＂Zhengqing Fengtongning＂ with Western medicine has significant treatment effects and slight side-effects on rheumatoid arthritis.
