摘要 目的通过不同方法测量根管长度,指导根管治疗的准确性。方法采用手感法X光照片,电测法3种方法测量根管长度,并和离体牙实测相比较。结果手感法和X光照片的测量结果准确性较差,而电测法的结果较准确(P<0.05)。结论电测法测量根管长度值得临床推广。 Objective To study the accuracy of root-canal treatment with different measuring methods. Methods The methods of hand-feeling, X-ray photography and electricity were applied to the measurement of the root-canal length, and then the outcomes were compared with the solid measuring method of the separated teeth. Results Electricity measurement was more accurate than feeling method or X-ray photography ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion It is worthy of expanding clinically to the measurement of the rootcanal length with electricity measuring method.
