摘要
目的研究中药地梢瓜果实的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(1)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(2)、α-香树脂醇正辛烷酸酯(3)、α-香树脂醇(4)、β-香树脂醇(5)、齐墩果酸(6)。结论化合物4、5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Cynanchum thesioides (Freyn)K. Schum. Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, HPLC chromatography methods. The structures of compounds isolated were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as β-amyrin acetate( 1 ), lupeol acetate(2), α-amyrin caprylate (3), α-amyrin (4),/3-amyrin ( 5 ), oleanolic acid ( 6 ). Conclusion Compounds 4, 5, 6 were obtained from this plant for the first time, and compounds 4, 6 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
