摘要
目的观察小檗碱对胃溃疡小鼠胃黏膜血管活性物质一氧化氮(NO),一氧化氮合酶(NOS)以及内皮素(ET)含量的影响。方法采用无水乙醇灌胃致急性胃黏膜损伤的乙醇性溃疡模型,定量检测溃疡周围组织NO,NOS及ET的含量。结果与模型组相比,小檗碱(25,50 mg/kg)剂量组、硫糖铝组小鼠UI明显降低(P<0.01),小鼠胃组织NO及NOS的含量明显增高(P<0.01),小鼠胃组织ET的含量明显降低(P<0.01);小檗碱(50 mg/kg)剂量组与硫糖铝组相比,结果亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论小檗碱能显著增高大鼠胃组织NO及NOS的含量,同时显著降低小鼠胃组织ET的含量,这可能是小檗碱改善小鼠胃溃疡黏膜愈合的作用机制之一。
Objective To observe the influence of berberine on vasoactive substances of gastric mucous coat, including nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and endothelin (ET) in mice with gastric ulcer. Methods Ethanol was used to establish the gastric ulcer model in mouse gastral cavity. The contents of NO, NOS and ET in peripheral tissues of gastric ulcer were detected (P〈0.01). Results The UI of berberine -treated groups (25,50 mg/kg) was less than that of the model group. Compared with the model group, the contents of NO and NOS in gastric tissues in different groups increased obviously (P 〈0.01 ), and the content of ET in different groups decreased obviously ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was significant difference between berberine ( 50 mg/ kg) group and slucralfate group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Berberine can remarkably increase the contents of NO and NOS in mice gastric tissues and decrease the content of ET. It may be the mechanism of berberine in the improvement of gastric ulcer healing in mice.
