摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定人参健脾片中橙皮苷的含量。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-冰醋酸-水(31∶4∶65)为流动相,流速1.0 ml.min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长283 nm。结果在0.228-2.592μg之间,峰面积与进样量的线性关系为Y=1.0×106X-3.72×103,(r=0.999 6,n=6),平均回收率为98.53%,RSD=0.87%(n=6)。测得3批样品中橙皮苷的含量分别为1.38,1.36,1.35 mg/片。结论所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于人参健脾片的质量控制。
Objectlve To establish an HPLC method for determination of hesperidi from Renshenjianpi Tablet. Methods The column was kromasil C 18 （200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid-water （31：4：65 ） with the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1 and the UV detector at 283 nm. Results The method showed a good relationship in the ranges of 0.228 - 2. 592 μg （ r = 0.999 6） for hesperidi, the average recovery was 98.53% （ RSD = 0. 87% ）. The hespefidi contents of three batch samples were 1.38 mg , 1.36 mg , 1.35 mg respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, reproducible and suitable for the determination of the contents of hesperidi in Renshen Jianpi Tablet .
