摘要
目的对神奇灵颗粒剂中的总蛋白含量进行测定,建立一种测定食品、药品测定蛋白含量的方法学。方法对样品过滤后,采用双缩脲法、Folin-酚试剂法,以牛血清白蛋白做为对照品,测定吸光度,并做精密度、样品重现性、加样回收实验。结果双缩脲法快速、简便,得到样品的含量为47.21%,精密度实验RSD=0.20%(n=6),样品重现性好,RSD=0.99%(n=6),平均回收率为96.67%,RSD=0.45%(n=6);两种方法测定之间有差异。结论所采用方法可作为蛋白含量比较高的食品、药品制剂中蛋白含量的测定。
Objective To determine total protein in Shenqiling granules, and establish the methodology to assay protein level in foods and drugs. Methods After filtering the samples, take bovine serum albumin as control article, use biuret method, Folin - lowry to determine the absorbance, and then do the tests for precision, reproducibility, average recovery. Results The biuret method is fast and convenient. The average content of the samples was 47.21% in the precision experiment, RSD = 0.20% (n = 6 ). The absorbance reproducibility of the samples was good, RSD = 0.99% (n = 6 ) , the average recovery was 96.67%, RSD = 0.45% (n =6). There had a difference between biuret menthod and Folin-lowry. Conclusion The method in this paper can be used for determining protein which are rich in drugs and food.
