摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定竺黄复方片中甘草酸的含量。方法采用kromasil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2 mol.L-1乙酸铵-冰乙酸(65∶35∶1)为流动相,流速1 ml.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长250 nm。结果在0.402-2.010μg之间,峰面积与进样量的线性关系为A=673 028.287 8C-67 302.707 6(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.66%。测得3批样品中甘草酸的含量(以甘草酸铵计)分别为1.034,1.103和1.008 mg/片。结论所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于竺黄复方片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine glyeyrrhizie acid from prescription of Zhuhuang Tablet. Methods The column was kromasil C18 (200 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) , the mobile phase consisted of Methanol - 0.2 mol · L^-1 Ammonium acetate - Glacial aertie acid (65:35 : 1 ), with the flow rate of 1 ml·min^-1 and the UV detector was set at 250 nm. Results The method showed a good range of 0.402 -2. 010μg (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.66%. The glycyrrhizic acid contents of three batch samples were 1. 034, 1. 103,1. 008 mg, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, repeatable and suitable for the determination of glyeyrrhizie acid in prescription of Zhuhuang Tablet.
