摘要
目的对海南梧桐Firmiana hainanensis Kosterm.叶的化学成分进行研究。方法利用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶和制备色谱技术对海南梧桐树叶的水煎煮提取物进行分离,以反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)进行纯化,根据化合物的理化常数,波谱学特征鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到2个化合物,分别被鉴定为4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基-苯甲醛(丁香醛)和莨菪亭。结论此2个化合物系首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaf of Firmiana hainanensis. Methods The compoundes were isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectral data. Results The compounds were identified as 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyl benzaldehyde (1 ,syringic aldehyde) and scopoletin (2), Conclusion The two compounds were isolated from Firmiana hainanensis for the first time.
