高效液相色谱法测定断血流胶囊中醉鱼草皂苷Ⅳb的含量

HPLC Determination of Buddlejasaponins Ⅳb in Duan Xueliu Capsules

目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定断血流胶囊中醉鱼草皂苷Ⅳb的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil BDS-C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),检测波长为250 nm,流速为1 ml.min-1。结果醉鱼草皂苷Ⅳb在3.17-31.7μg/ml范围内峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=1.2%)。结论此法简便、准确,可作为断血流胶囊含量测定的方法。

Objective To establish a method of HPLC for determination of Buddlejasaponins Ⅳb in Duan Xueliu Capsules. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used. The Sim-pack was Hypersil BDS-C18 （4-6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-water（80： 20） and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 3.17 - 31.7 μg/ml for Buddlejasaponins Ⅳb. The average recovery of Buddlejasaponins Ⅳb was 9 9.4% （RSD = 1.2% ）. Conclusion The method is simple ,accurate and can be used for determination of Duan Xueliu Capsules.
