摘要
目的利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定炙甘草和炙甘草汤中甘草次酸的含量。方法色谱柱为YWG-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm),以乙腈-5%醋酸水(65∶35)为流动相,检测波长为250 nm,流速为1.0 ml.min-1。结果甘草次酸对照品浓度在9.375-300 mg.ml-1范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:A=31.545C-82.030(n=6,r=0.999 1),炙甘草加样回收率为99.81%;炙甘草汤为100.28%。结论HPLC法准确可靠,可为控制炙甘草和炙甘草汤质量提供检测依据。
Objective To determine the glycyrrhetinic contents in Zhi Gancao root and Zhi Gancao Decoction by HPLC. Methods YWG- C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 10 μm) was used with Acetonitrile and 5% Acetic acid- water as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 250 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results The linear relationship was good in the range of 9.375 -300 mg · ml^-1. The regression equation was:A =31. 545C -82. 030(n =6,r =0. 999 1 ), the average recovery rate of Zhi Ganeai and Zhi Ganeao decoction were 99.81% and 100.28% respectively. Conclusion HPLC method is accurate and valuable for the quality control of Zhi Gancao and Zhi Gancao decoction.
