摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定胃康灵胶囊中甘草酸的含量。方法HPLC法,Zobax-ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(28∶72∶0.3),检测波长:250 nm,流速:1.0 ml.min-1。结果甘草酸在44.84-224.20μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为97.56%。结论该方法分离度高,重现性好,简便,准确,可用于胃康灵胶囊的质量控制。
bjective To determine glycyrrhizic acid in Weikangling Capsule by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of glycyrrhizic acid in the sample. The separation was performed on Zobax-ODS Cls （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） colunto with a mixture of acetonitrile：0.1 mol/L ammonium acetate：acetic acid （28： 72：0.3 ）as mobile phase. The detection wavelengh was set at 250 nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 44. 84 - 224.20 μg · ml^-1 for glycyrrhizic acid （ r = 0. 999 9,n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 97.56%. Conclusion The method is simple ,reliable ,and it can be used for determination of Glycyrrhizic acid.
