摘要
目的建立棉花根皮中棉酚的提取工艺并对工艺进行了优化。方法利用乙醚超声萃取法提取棉花根皮中的棉酚,洗涤、浓缩得到棉酚粗产品;研究了各种实验条件对棉酚产率的影响,采用分光光度法测定该成分含量,作为评价指标。结果最佳工艺为超声提取法。冷浸1 h,料液比(g.cm-3)1∶2.5,超声提取3次,料液比1∶1,15 min/次,温度为15℃以下。结论超声提取工艺具有节能、省时、效率高的优点。
Objective To erect and optimize the extraction process of gossypol in cotton root bark. The gassypol was extracted from cotton root bark by the method of diethyl ether. Methods At the process of extraction, the effect of a variety of experimental conditions on yield of gossypol was studied and the content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The optimum extraction conditions were 1 hour soaking time, the ratio of material and solvent was 1 : 2.5, distilling 3 times with ultrasonic wave, controlling the temperature below 15℃. Conclusion The uctrasonic extraction process the the advantages of less energy consumption, shorter time and high efficiency.
