自拟乌蛇威灵汤治疗强直性脊椎炎30例临床分析

强直性脊椎炎又称竹节风,目前西医尚未有特效药物和方法。一般早期采用消炎痛镇痛药物和湿热外敷控制症状的情况下,尽早进行矫正和预防畸形的功能锻炼。必要时可用肾上腺皮质类固醇。晚期已有畸形强直者,在病变静止后施行矫形手术,以改善功能。中医认为是由于患者禀赋不足,或由于调摄不慎,房室不节,嗜饮无节以及惊恐、郁怒、病后失调等,致使气血、肝肾亏损,风寒湿邪内侵筋骨,痹阻筋脉,气血不通,淤痰凝滞,筋骨失养,关节筋骨闭滞而发本病。笔者认为该病的治疗应标本兼顾,扶正祛邪,顾及全身,使肝肾足、气血充、风湿除、寒凝消、血脉通、筋骨健、痹疼止。故采用自拟乌蛇威灵汤治疗强直性脊椎炎,临床观察能有效控制强脊炎,软化钙化组织,消除疼痛,结合功能锻炼,取得较好的临床治愈效果。
