2111例老年住院患者患病情况调查分析

Analysis of the prevalence status of diseases among senile inpatients:report of 2111 cases

目的调查了解武警总医院老年住院患者的患病情况及有关影响因素,为武警部队老年患者疾病的预防和治疗提供科学依据。方法以2000-2005年在武警总医院住院的武警部队老年住院患者2111例为研究对象,对其患病情况及影响因素进行回顾性研究。结果(1)2000-2005年武警总医院老年住院患者患病比例占前5位的疾病是:心血管系统疾病、消化系统疾病、内分泌代谢疾病、泌尿系统疾病、神经系统疾病,且近年其患病比例均有逐年上升趋势。(2)武警部队老年住院患者中患3种以上系统疾病的占60.7%,随着年龄增加比例逐渐增大。(3)不同年龄、性别、级别老年武警部队住院患者系统别患病比例有不同特点。结论武警部队老年患者常见疾病以心血管系统疾病、消化系统疾病、内分泌代谢疾病、泌尿系统疾病、神经系统疾病为主,患病比例与年龄、性别以及吸烟、饮酒等多种因素有关,应采取综合干预措施,改善和提高老年人健康水平。

Objective To investigate the current status and distribution of various diseases and their influencing factors in aged inpatients in the General Hospital of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces in order to provide the evidence for prevention and treatment of diseases in senile patients. Methods Clinical data of 2111 inpatients aged 60 years and above with different diseases during 2000-2005 were analyzed in terms of the variety of the disease. Results （1）cardiovascular diseases, digestive system diseases, endocrine diseases, urinary diseases and nervous system diseases showed high incidences in this patient group and ranked from 1st to 5th. There was a positive correlation between increasing age and increasing prevalence of these diseases. （2）A total of 60.7 % of the patients had more than three kinds of diseases and the proportion of such patients increased with increasing age. （3） The prevalence of various diseases had different characteristics in different age, sex and military rank groups. Conclusions Cardiovascular diseases, digestive system diseases, endocrine diseases, urinary diseases and nervous system diseases are the diseases with high incidence in elderly patients in the General Hospital of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces. Many factors, such as age, sex, smooking alcohol drinking, etc. have great influence on the prevalence of different diseases among aged group. It is suggested that combined intervention should be taken in order to improve their health.
