摘要
利用C++ Builder及ANSYS提供的二次开发工具APDL,开发了界面友好的多丝焊接有限元分析系统。借助C++ Builder设计了友好、方便、易用的人机交互界面,同时对所有复杂、难于理解和掌握的ANSYS命令流进行后台封装。系统适用于常见厚度材料的多丝焊接仿真,具有较强的纠错能力,以及稳定可靠、易于安装与扩充的特点。系统不仅能够大大减少多丝焊接仿真的工作量,而且使未掌握ANSYS软件的人员也能进行焊接仿真。
A multiple-wire welding FEA system was developed by using C++ Builder and APDL which is a secondary development tool provided by ANSYS. The friendly convenient and flexible man-machine conversation interface was designed by using C++ Builder and all the complicated and indigestible ANSYS commands were encapsulated in system background at the same time. The system is suitable for the simulation of normal thickness materials, and mistakes could be put right quickly. Its characteristics include stabilization, credibility, easy to install and expand. Not only the multiple-wire welding simulation workload can be reduced largely, but also it can be done well that who has understood the ANSYS software.
