悬浮阵列技术在儿童下呼吸道病毒感染诊断中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 基因芯片技术具有快速、高效、高通量的特点,非常适合于对病毒性感染进行分子诊断及鉴别诊断。本研究采用Tem-PCR技术结合多功能悬浮阵列检测平台,检测了80例下呼吸道感染患儿的7种RNA病毒,探讨其在儿童急性下呼吸道病毒感染中的诊断价值。
