摘要
混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀是影响混凝土耐久性的重要因素。钢筋锈蚀速率的检测和锈蚀状况的判定,可以为钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性评估、可靠度计算以及剩余使用寿命预测提供依据。介绍了混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的电化学检测技术,论述了3种常用的电化学方法的优缺点、适用场合及应用情况,指出了今后的发展方向。
Reinforcing steel's corrosion in concrete is one of the very important influencing factors on the concrete's durability. Measurement of the corroding rate and judgment of its corresponding state can be provided as the bases for the evaluation of its durability, calculation of its reliability and estimation of its residual service life of the structure. In the current detecting technique on the reinforcing steel corrosion, the electrochemical method has got more and more attetions because of its low cost and high degree of accuracy. A review of the electrochemical detecting techniques is given in this article, three common electrochemical methods are discussed on their application, merits and demerits. Finally its trend in the future is pointed out as well.
