摘要
该文综合论述了中国近代家畜疾病尤其是传染病防治的科研活动，它们分别是：（１）牛瘟疫苗的制取及改进，牛瘟的防治工作；２）鸡新城疫病的发现及弱毒疫苗的制取和使用研究工作；（３）牛肺疫的调查研究及防治工作；（４）水牛脑脊髓炎的确认研究工作；（５）寄生虫病的调查及防治工作；（６）其它疫病防治工作。
This paper mainly discusses the investigation and research on livestock diseases in modern China. It includes: (1)Preparation and improvement of cattle plague vaccine and prevention of cattle plague; (2)Discovery of newcastle disease and research on the vaccine for it; (3)Investigation and control of pleuropneumonia of cattle;(4)Identification and prevention of buffalo encephalomyelitis; (5)Investigation. prevention and control of parasitic diseases:(6) Prevention and cure of other diseases.
