先天性心脏病分子发病机制研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 在我国．先天性心脏病（congenital heart disease，CHD）是最常见的一种生后缺陷．也是导致婴幼儿死亡的首要病因；流行病学调查发现．先天性心脏病在活产婴儿中发病率约6‰～14‰．全球每年约有150万儿童出生时患有先天性心脏病，每年我国有15万以上先天性心脏病患儿出生．年递增20万。这些患儿大多数在生后或生后数月内死亡．少数幸存者也因继发心、脑、肺等严重的损害在1～3岁死亡，给患儿家庭及社会带来沉重负担。因此，
