摘要
１９４７年，我国东北的辽吉地区暴发了严重的鼠疫，有３万多军民被夺去生命。疫情发生后，辽吉省委领导军民展开了积极的防疫炎疫工作，很快控制了疫情，保证了东北解放战争的胜利进行。该文概述了当时鼠疫流行的情况、原因及党和人民进行防疫工作的成就。
The plague broke out in the Liaoning-Jinn District of Northeast China in 1947,and more than 30,000 thousand soldiers and civilians died from it.Thereupon,the provincial Party committees of Liaoning and Jinn led the army and the people to launch a vigorous campaign for its spread and extermination,so that the plague was soon brought under control,thus ensuring the progress of the war of liberation in the Northeast.This paper gives a brief account of the situation and the cause of the spread of the plague,and the achievement of the Party and the people in epidemic prevention.
