Brief Discussions on the Development of Hydropower Resources in the Middle Reach of the Jinsha River

随着国家能源发展战略和“西电东送”战略的进一步推进,必将加大金沙江中游水能资源开发的力度。就金沙江中游水能资源特点、水库移民安置、流域开发体制等问题进行了探讨,提出了金沙江中游水能资源开发的基本思路。

With the further promotion of the State Energy Development Strategy and the Power Transmission from West to East Strategy, the development of hydropower resources in the middle reach of the Jinsha River will be strengthened. This paper discusses the characteristics of hydropower resources in the middle reach of the Jinsha River, the resettlement in reservoir area and the development system in a river basin and then puts forward the basic train of thought of the hydropower resources development in the middle reach of the Jinsha River.
