Strengthening the Study on the Hydropower Project Cost to Ensure the Essence Safety of Construction Project

新中国成立以来,由于种种原因,对水电工程的造价水平缺乏一个客观、公正的评价,造成水电工程造价水平的失真。为确保水电工程建设项目的本质安全,促进水电事业的健康发展,结合水电工程造价管理的历史、现状以及水电建设面临的新情况,提出了未来我国水电工程造价的走势和若干管理建议。

Since the found of new China, the cost level of hydropower project has been short of a objective and fair evaluation due to various causes, which results in the lack-fidelity of cost level of hydropower project. In order to ensure the essence safety of hydropower construction project and to promote the health development of hydropower cause, this paper puts forward the future trend of hydropower project cost in China and several management suggestions in combination with the history and status quo of hydropower project cost management and the new situations faced by hydropower construetion.
