通过对流域梯级水电开发的特点及主要风险的分析,提出了流域梯级水电开发的风险管理目标、程序和具体方案,以及在保险方面的特性和投保时的相关注意事项。
This paper discusses the characteristics of hydroelectric cascade development of fiver basin, and the analysis of main risks, and puts forwards the objectives, procedures and detailed plans of risk analysis and management, and its insurance characteristics and relevant points for attention while insuring.
