摘要
缓凝混凝土初期绝热温升发展很慢,与一般混凝土的规律不完全相同,用单一公式拟合时,不能很好地表述其绝热温升的变化规律。由于绝热温升是影响混凝土结构温度场的主要因素,因此在混凝土结构温度应力仿真分析时,需要比较准确地模拟绝热温升的变化规律。为此,提出了用两个公式分两段对缓凝混凝土绝热温升曲线进行拟合,并给出了绝热温升的计算公式和公式拟合方法,使得缓凝混凝土绝热温升的表述比较准确、完整,为混凝土结构温度应力仿真分析提供更为准确的材料参数。
The adiabatic rise of temperature of concrete develops very slowly at early age when set time of concrete is long. It is not completely alike with previous regularity and it cannot be expressed by one formula as the error of calculation of formula. Because the adiabatic rise of temperature of concrete has significant effect to thermal stresses of concrete, accurately simulating the regularity of adiabatic rise of temperature of concrete is needed when thermal stresses analysis simulating the construction process. A method of two formulas to fit test data of adiabatic rise of temperature of set retarding concrete is proposed in this paper. And the method can express adiabatic rise of temperature of set retarding concrete accurately.
