摘要 为了确保水电机组的安全稳定和经济运行,需要实现对水电机组的状态检修。分析了当前水电机组检修模式中存在的一些问题,介绍了水电机组状态检修的基本概念,重点研究和分析了水电机组的状态监测和故障诊断,并结合实际情况,提出了实际实施过程中应注意的问题及相应对策。阐明了作为水电机组检修的发展方向,进行状态检修势在必行。 In order to ensure the safe, stable and economic operation of hydro-generating unit, it is necessary to realize condition maintenance. This paper analyzes some drawbacks in traditional maintenance mode of hydro-generating unit, and introduces the basic concepts of condition maintenance for hydro-generating unit, and condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydro-generating unit are especially stressed. Meanwhile some strategies according to the real situation are provided. It is pointed out that condition maintenance is the right way to the hydro'generating unit maintenance.
