摘要
广州蓄能水电厂为寻求不断改善生产经营业务流程和工作绩效而实施了国际对标工作,包括:对标内容、方法及实施过程、成果和特点;并结合国内电力系统标杆管理经验,提出了水电厂同业对标的探索性意见,可供同行参考。
The International Benchmarking Program in Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station is introduced, including the benchmarking＇ method, procedure and results, and the characteristics of benchmarking is analyzed. Combined with the benchmarking＇ experience in power system in China, this paper presents some references of benchmarking for hydropower plants.
