Image Analysis of Overlapping Teratism in Renal Pelvis and Ureter

目的：探讨肾盂、输尿管重复畸形的形成机制及其影像学检查方法。材料与方法：回顾性分析从2000年3月～2005年6月在我院诊断为肾盂、输尿管重复畸形的19例病人的影像学及临床资料,探讨其相互关系,寻求最适宜的检查方法。结果：B超可全部显示不同程度肾盂或输尿管积水,腹部平片摄影发现输尿管结石8例,静脉肾盂造影延迟摄影显示肾脏上方或下方造影剂显示6例,CT全部显示重复的肾盂、输尿管,并明确其走行及开口情况。结论：CT检查简单、快捷,可明确显示具体的异常情况,提供更多诊断信息。

Purpose： To discuss the forming mechanism d overlapping teratism in renal pelvis and ureter and the best method of examination. Materials and Methods： Retrospective survey study was made among 19 eases d overlapping teratism in renal pelvis and ureter, the information between their images and clinic were compared and analysed. Results： B ultrasonic could show all the hydronephrectasia and hydroureterosis, Abdominal plain film could show 8 eases d ureter stone, Delayed intravenous urography could show some at the upside or underside d the kidney in 6 eases, CT could show all the details of the overlapping teratism of pelvis and ureter. Conclusions： Simple and time saving, CT examination could provide more details and could be the shortcut for the diagnosis d the overlapping teratism in renal pelvis and ureter.
