摘要 目的:探讨快速液体衰减反转恢复(FAST FLAIR)序列在脑部疾病诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:54例脑缺血性疾病患者同时行T_2加权FSE序列和FLAIR序列检查。结果:FLAIR序列显示异常信号病灶213个,T_2加权FSE序列显示异常信号病灶162个,而且前者比后者边界显示清晰。结论:FLAIR序列在发现病灶数目,病灶与周围脑实质的对比度明显优于T_2加权FSE序列。 Purpose: To study the value of FLAIR in cerebral diseases. Materials and Methods: 54 patients of cerebral diseases were ferformed FLAIR and T2 - weighted fast spinecho sequence prospectively and a comparative study of T2 - weighted and FLAIR imaging was made. Results: FLAIR sequence demonstrated 213 loci of lesions, whereas T2 - weighted showed 162 loci of lesions. The former was more sensitive than the hter. Conclusion: FLAIR sequence is superior to T2 - weighted in the detection of cerebral lesions. FLAIB has been suggested to be a routine imaging sequence of choice in the brain an important value in diagnosing brain disease.
