CT Diagnosis and Typing of the Pancreatic Trauma

目的：探讨胰腺外伤的CT诊断与分型。材料与方法：回顾性分析6例胰腺外伤患者的CT表现,通过所见征象的分析,初步总结出胰腺外伤的CT分型。结果：CT对6例胰腺外伤均做出了正确的诊断,其中出血水肿型1例,胰腺炎型1例,断裂型1例,假囊肿型2例,混合型1例。结论：CT检查是诊断各型胰腺外伤的最佳方法。

Purpose： To discuss CT diagnosis and typing of the pancreatic trauma. Materials and Methods： To retrospectic analyse the CT expression of 6 cases who have pancreatic trauma. After analysing die expressions, We have an elementany conclusion of CT typing about pancreatic trauma. Results： Right diagnosis of the six cases of pancreatic trauma recure to CT check - up , which include one of pancreatic odema ang pancreatic bleeding and pancreatitis and rupture of pancreatic and two cases of pancreatic pseudocyst and one case of mix, Condusion： CT chek - up is die best method of diagnosing different types of the pancreatic trauma.
