摘要
公共选择理论和立宪经济学是布坎南有限政府论的基础,立宪民主理论在其有限政府理论中居于核心地位,布坎南的政府理论关注的是如何预防政府的危险性并激发国家的潜力问题。布坎南的限政理论包含非常丰富的内涵,文章主要围绕布坎南政府理论的理论基础、政府失灵理论、立宪民主理论、竞争性的联邦制和道德秩序理论等内容进行探讨,并在最后对该理论进行简要评论。
Public Choice and Constitutional Economics are the academic basis of Buchanan＇s theory of limited government. The constitutional democracy theory is nuclear in his theories of limited government.Buchanan＇s theories of government pay attention to how to defend government against danger and inspire potential of the state.This paper has discussed academic basis of Buchanan＇s theories of the government： Government Failure, Constitutional Democracy,Competitive Federalism, Moral Order and etc.and then made a brief comment.
