A New Explanation of the Connotation of "Xing" in China Poetry

兴作为中国诗学中一核心概念,历代对其内涵众说纷纭。文章拟从“兴”的字源、兴的体制和兴的艺术应用等方面展开论述,全面地历史地勾勒出“兴”作为文艺批评概念的嬗变过程,同时给出一个较合适的内涵阐释。

As a core concept in Chinese poetry, ＂xing＂ is given different connotations in different times. This paper intends to explain it from the word source of the Xing, its system and art application, etc. It also provides a comprehensive develompment process of Xing and give a reasonable explanation of its connotation.
