本文对寡糖及其缀合物结构研究的重要性,以及近年来用快原子轰击质谱(FABMS)研究寡糖和糖脂、糖肽、糖蛋白中寡糖的结构,包括分子量、序列、立体异构体,糖之间连接位置,化学修饰提高分析灵敏度等的进展情况作一简明的介绍。

This is a brief introduction of the research work on oligosaccharides and glucoconjugates, which concerns the importance of thein study and the progress in fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry for their structural elucidation including the analysis of the molecular weight and the sequence, and the identification of stereoisomers, the determination of the positions cf linkages within oligwaccharides and the improvement of sensitivity in combination with chemical modification.
