On Oct. 19, 2006, Prof. Zhu Zuoyan, Vice President of NSFC met with NSF Deputy Director, Dr. Kathie Olsen, on the occasion of the 12^th China-US Science ＆ Technology Joint Commission Meeting held in Diaoyutai State House, Beijing.
