摘要
液压传动具有结构紧凑、布局灵活﹑动作响应快﹑自润滑性好﹑易于实现过载保护等特点﹐而在各类机器上广泛使用。全液压式注塑机采用液压传动来完成各种成型射出动作﹐实现注塑成型﹐本文简要探讨全液压式注塑机液压系统的功率损失及其相应改善方法。
The hydrostatic transmission features tightly packed structure, vivid layout, quick respond, satisfactory lubricating capability and being easy to carry out supercharging protection. It is used extensively in every kind of machine. The whole hydraulic pressure injection machine adopts hydrostatic transmission to complete various model discharging work to realize model injection. This text inquiries into the power loss of hydraulic pressure system of the whole hydraulic pressure injection machine and its corresponding improving method.
