以波纹管、微型压力传感器为材料,制作出了价格低廉、结构简单、体积小且具有柔性的新型传感器。文中阐述了这种新型气压式触觉传感器的结构组成、工作原理、制作方法以及实验性能参数。

This research describes the development of a new pneumatic-typed tactile sensor fabricated with bellows and pressure sensor. This tactile sensor has some advantages such as cheap, simple, light and flexible etc. The structure, principle, method of fabricating, characteristic parameters of this tactile sensor are explained in the paper.
