摘要
利用Matlab的强大计算功能,求解了表征气缸活塞运行动特性的方程组。在此基础上,结合其他一些计算,分析了气缸运行周期与影响其大小的主要因素之间的关系。由此列出了提高用于实践中现成气缸的运动频率的一些可能方法,并提出了最有效方法的概念。
Using the Matlab's formidable computing function,solved the equation group that signifying the dynamic characteristic of a pneumatic cylinder piston's movement.Based on that, combining with some other calculation ,analyzed the relationship between the pneumatic cylinder's movement cycle and some primary factors which affect its size.Then listed some possible methods which enhance the movement frequency of a ready-made pneumatic cylinder used in the practice, and put forward the concept for most effective methods.
